The National Trust For Historical Preservation is committed to protecting historic sites across the United States.
African Shadows On-The-Teche is a multimedia, experimental short film recounting the history of a Louisiana plantation and its impact on the surrounding community, attempting to recontextualize it and provide a more honest look into the practices of slavery and abuse that were committed on the plantation grounds.
Responsibilities:

edit a 20-minute multimedia piece written and performed by New Iberia artists, commissioned by The National Trust For Historical Preservation

composited and animated live-action archival and illustrated material

developed several possible color grades and worked with the director to find a look that best supported the content
